Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to our business name Signature Hampers and our website SignatureHampers.com.au, the business owner and all associated business partners, employees and individuals of the business.

Signature Hampers offers our business services and this website to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

    2.  Currency, Pricing and GST, Payment Methods
      • All prices displayed and provided are in Australian (AU) $ Dollars.
      • We do not accept payments by any other currency.
      • All prices displayed and provided are Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST) Inclusive: GST Registered from 01 Nov 2015, ABN: 59 139 933 622
      • For any order valued over $1000, we require the customer to pay a 50% deposit upon placement of the order of the total amount due, with the balance being paid on delivery.
      • All prices displayed or provided do not include additional packing and delivery charges.
      • Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, inclusions, pricing, promotions, offers, or product shipping charges. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

        Please note when using Credit Card facilities, you will incur an extra fee for each transaction charge to cover relevant fees charged by the merchant facility provider.  American Express is charged at 2.9% goods paid for by MasterCard or Visa will incur a 1.75% fee.

      • Direct Bank Deposit
        Account information, and other instructions such as a required ‘transfer description’ will be provided by Invoice or Quote.

    3.  Delivery Information
    At Signature Hampers we strive to give our customers the best possible price and to be as transparent about our costs as much as possible. We do not hide the cost of freight into our margins with the illusion of ‘FREE delivery’. In our experience offering “FREE Delivery” means you are having the maximum delivery charge incorporated into the margin of your Hamper and you end up paying more!

    Delivery cost can vary dependent on the hamper, gift and your location, however our team will endeavour to find the best possible rates we can find to meet your intended budget.

    Bulk deliveries to the same delivery address will be charged at a significantly discounted rate. For bulk quotes or any queries about multiple delivery points please contact us:

      • Special Delivery Fees will be calculated and quoted upon request.

      • All prices are per shipping box with dimensions no larger than depth 50cm, height 75cm x width 100cm and cubic weight no greater than 25kg. 
      • Dispatch and Delivery Times
        • We dispatch next business day for all online orders received prior to 11:00am.
        • Time is based on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) GMT +10
        • By ‘business day’ we refer to Signature Hampers weekday trading and operating hours: Monday – Saturday, 8:00am – 6:00pm excluding weekends and public holidays.
        • Orders and enquiries placed outside these trading hours will be processed the following operating business day.
        • Any online orders received after 11:00am on any business day will be processed and dispatched the following business day.
        • Due to the perishable nature of some of the items contained in our products, we reserve the right not to ship out of our warehouse after 11:00am on a Friday or on Saturdays. We want to ensure that the products arrive to you in optimum condition, and this cannot be guaranteed if they are despatched later than 11:00am on Fridays or held in a transit warehouse over the weekend. If you require a dispatch after 11:00am on a Friday, please notify us when placing your order and we may be able to arrange special delivery.
      • Estimated Delivery Times
        • Please note the following quoted delivery time frames are an estimate only, we do not offer a delivery time guarantee.
        • Deliveries can occur anytime between 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday based on courier routes and we cannot define a particular time or window.
        • From time of placing an order and making payment you should expect an estimated delivery time to the recipient in the following destinations:
          • NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC metro: 1-2 business days.
          • SA and TAS metro: 2-3 business days.
          • WA, NT metro: 5-7 business days.
          • Regional, outback and country deliveries may be 1-2 business days longer.

        • We suggest when placing an order to take note of the estimated delivery time to the recipient as we cannot guarantee a specific date or time for delivery using our standard services.
        • It is best to place an order with as much notice as possible. We can even receive your order weeks or months in advance. Speak to one of our upcoming event planning specialists.
        • To arrange Special Delivery (express, overnight, or a specific time or date delivery) please notify us when placing your order and we may be able to arrange special delivery.
        • Whilst we endeavour to deliver your order promptly, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control. Therefore, a late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order.
      • Seasonal Events and Peak Delivery Periods
        • We set different terms and conditions in relation to seasonal events and peak delivery periods. These include, but are not limited to, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s and Father’s Days, and the weeks leading up to Easter and Christmas.
        • We suggest when placing an order within a few weeks of these periods to take note of the estimated delivery and to add 1-2 business days during seasonal and peak delivery periods.
        • It is best to place an order with as much notice as possible. We can even receive your order weeks or months in advance. Speak to one of our upcoming event planning specialists.
        • Terms and Conditions in relation to seasonal events will be updated on our website from time to time and will be effective immediately.

      • Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday Deliveries
        • Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not available, except when stated otherwise. Orders received after 11:00am on Friday will be will be dispatched the following business day following the weekend.
        • If you require a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday Delivery, please notify us when placing your order and we may be able to arrange special delivery.

      • Address Types and Customer Obligations
        • Deliveries are made to you via reputable, premium local and national courier services directly to locations including:
          • Business and Commercial premises.
          • Residential (suburban and higher density housing)
          • Hospital and Care Facilities.
          • Hotels, Motels and other Accommodation Premises.
          • Australia Post Office (PO) Boxes

        • Please provide as much detail as possible about the recipient in your delivery instructions, including any special instructions.
        • For accommodation, business or commercial addresses please specify if parcel can be delivered to a loading dock/area, mailroom or reception area or signed by an alternate recipient.
        • Customers must supply preferably two phone numbers (for example a landline and a mobile) for each recipient address.
        • To ensure the quality of our delivery services, we require that all deliveries be signed for. If no one is available to receive the delivery, a notice will be left to arrange alternate delivery address or pick-up arrangements. However, you may nominate for your parcel be left without a signature in a designated area.
        • If you give “Authority to Leave”, the courier will attempt to leave the item in a secured area at the front or back doorstep in residential locations or a cool place, providing it is safe to do so, items will not be left in areas that are deemed unsafe or publicly accessible.
        • Signature Hampers is not responsible for the loss or damage of gifts once delivery is complete with authority to leave.
        • Please be very careful in providing us with correct delivery address information. If the address details you provide are incomplete or incorrect, and we deliver your order as per your instructions, then we accept no responsibility for the mistake.
        • If we are unable to deliver to an incorrect address and the order is returned to our dispatch, we can redeliver but a redelivery fee will apply.
        • If your order has not yet been dispatched and you would like to change your delivery address details, please contact us as soon as possible and the team will do their best to help you out.

      •  Hospital and Care Facilities Delivery
        • Most hospitals have certain guidelines in regard to the delivery of gifts to patients. We strongly advise contacting the specific hospital to find out any special instructions prior to placing your order.
        • Double check if hospitals have certain delivery instructions (e.g. deliver to loading dock, leave with reception etc).
        • Please provide as much detail as possible about the recipient – bed/room number, ward name/number, full name and street address of hospital.
        • We strongly advise checking our website for approx. delivery times and making sure that the recipient will still be checked in when the gift arrives. It is advisable to send it to their home address if there is any doubt that they will not be there.
        • Where a gift hamper needs to be re-directed or is returned to us due to the patient already being discharged or an insufficient address being provided, an applicable re-delivery fee will be charged to the sender. 
          • Hotels, Motels and other Accommodation Premises Delivery
            • Most accommodation locations have certain guidelines in regard to the delivery of gifts to guests. We strongly advise contacting the specific location to find out any special instructions you may need to include prior to placing your order.
            • Double check if the location has certain delivery instructions (e.g. deliver to loading dock, leave with reception, concierge etc).
            • Please provide as much detail as possible about the recipient – specify guests full name, room number/ phone extension and mobile.
            • Specify if the delivery is to a conference, function room, restaurant or other facility.
            • We strongly advise checking our website for approximate delivery times and making sure that the recipient will still be checked in when the gift arrives. It is advisable to send it to an alternate address if there is any doubt that they will not be there. 
          • PO Box Deliveries
            • Yes, it is possible to deliver to PO box addresses, however we use Australia Post for this instead of our standard courier services. This means the delivery will be longer than the times quoted above so please allow additional delivery time to PO boxes.
            • Our experience using Post services is that items are sorted and delivered in a manner to which the integrity of the item cannot be guaranteed to the same high standard as our courier services.

          • Tracking Deliveries in Transit
            • Signature Hampers does not provide a track and trace service or an estimated time of arrival once products are in transit for delivery.
            • If you would like to know if your gift has been delivered, please contact us a day after the estimated delivery date. By then, we should be able to confirm with our couriers if the delivery was made.
            • Proof of Delivery (POD) times are available, if requested a day after the estimated delivery date.
            • International Delivery
              • We do not deliver to international addresses outside of Australia.
              • We recommend finding a local agent closer to your recipient if they are residing or working overseas (including defence operations) as international shipping can be both timely and costly.
              • We are happy to receive orders from overseas for friends or family living in Australia.
            • Purchase and Delivery of Alcohol
              • It is an offence to sell, supply or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. It is an offence for a person under the age of 18 years to buy or attempt to buy alcohol. Deliveries containing alcohol must be signed for by a person over 18 years and not be intoxicated. We will also ask you the name of the recipient. This is a requirement of the NSW Liquor Control Reform Act 1998.
              • Alcohol quantities are limited to 1.5litres per recipient. When placing orders customers should ensure that they do not exceed sending the permitted alcohol limit of 1.5 litres (approximately two bottles) per recipient.

            •  Order and Collect
              • We allow pick up collection from our western Sydney office and production facilities. This function is by appointment only during business hours:

                • All pickups have a minimum 24-48-hour turnaround time. Peak season orders may experience longer delivery times, so you are advised to place orders in advance and you must wait to be advised that your order is complete before you attempt pickup.
            4.  Refunds, Replacement and Returns Policies

            • Refunds Replacements and Exchanges (Where Applicable)
              • As prescribed by Australian Consumer Law we reserve the right to only refund the cost of items if they are defective or damaged, missing parts or delivered not as described. In the first instance a replacement or exchange will be offered to you under our Replacements and Exchanges policy as outlined.
              • All our gift boxes are carefully wrapped and packaged to minimise damage or breakage. On the odd occasion where damage does occur, we request that you contact us, and we will organise to have the damaged product returned to us for assessment.
              • You should email us any photos that would assist in the evaluation assessment process.
              • You may be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning an item. Initial incurred shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be included in your refund.
              • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your eligibility for refund, replacement or exchange.
              • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within an applicable amount of days.
              • Late or missing refunds (if applicable), If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
              • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately some sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
              • If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to a gift recipient, we will send a refund to the gift giver (purchaser).

              • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us, may vary.
              • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
              • Our Hampers and Gifts often contain multiple parts or items, please do not send individual parts or products back to an original manufacturer.

            •  Returns, Alterations / Amendments and Cancellations (Change of Mind)
              • Changes to orders can be made up to 48 hours prior to dispatch. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and shipped.
              • As per our Pricing and Payments Policies, any orders over $1000, will be required to pay a 50% deposit upon placement of order of the total amount due, with the balance being paid on delivery. For orders where a deposit must be paid, we require notification of alterations, amendments or cancellations 48 hours post deposit payment date. Once the deposit is received and 48 hours have passed, we will not be able to offer alterations, amendments or cancellations.
              • Our General Returns policy for orders less than $1000 lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.
              • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, some health, personal care items or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
              • Additional non-returnable items include: gift cards, personalised or customised packaging. In some instances, we may refuse the return where the products contained within are seasonal or timely.
              • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
              • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) for example any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

            • Product Photography and Website Imagery
              • For photographic purposes containers such as dishes, glasses, vases, baskets, or boxes including additional items such as ribbons, papers, candles, other props or backgrounds, also including but not limited to fresh and packaged food and floral items may be photographed or featured, however are used for display purposes only and will not be included with the final product.
              • The itemised product description available on the product page outlines the contents of final products.
              • We always want to support our customers and friends and if you would like to use any of our images in any way such as on your website or social media account, please submit a request through the contact page.
              • By using our images, you agree that:
                • You are either a customer, purchasing and using our products, or a Relay Network wishing to provide your members with variety.
                • We ask that if using on a website, you include a link back to www.signaturehampers.com.au somewhere on your site.
              • All photos remain the property of Signature Hampers and we reserve the rights to request our images be removed from your website, social media account or photo sharing service or any other promotional material at any time without prior notice. To this end, by using our images, you agree to immediately remove our images, logos, designs, trademarks and any other Intellectual Property or material created and owned by Signature Hampers, from your website and any other material upon request.
              • If you would like a higher resolution photo sent to you, background introduced etc, please contact us.

              • Gift Vouchers are redeemable by the bearer for Signature Hampers merchandise to the value stated on the front of the voucher.
              • The voucher may not be used after the expiry date as stated on the certificate and is not exchangeable, refundable, replaceable or redeemable for cash, payment of accounts or other gift vouchers or discounts.
              • A minimum purchase value of as stated on the gift voucher is applicable. The minimum purchase value is exclusive of delivery fees.
              • The voucher is valid for deliveries made within the specified delivery network only.
              • The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or certificate offer. Only one discount will apply per order and it will be the larger discount of the two.
              • Limit of one voucher per order applies.
              • Signature Hampers is not responsible or liable for vouchers that are lost or stolen.
              • Partial deductions in the value of a gift voucher are allowed and a record of the remaining value will be kept by Signature Hampers. There are no re-issues of the deducted gift certificate value.
              • Signature Hampers will not redeem a voucher if our records indicate that it has already been redeemed or has not been issued.
              • The value of this certificate cannot be applied after your transaction has already been processed and completed. If forgotten, the voucher must be saved and used towards your next purchase.
              • Any inconsistencies and issues arising from differences between the terms and conditions listed here and presented on the gift certificate/voucher is at the discretion of Signature Hampers to resolve.
              • Gift voucher orders placed outside of business hours will be posted on the next business day.
              • For orders placed on our website, some voucher discounts will only be applied once the order has been processed by a consultant.
